With an MA in Marketing, he brings a powerful combination of academic rigor plus over 20 years practical experience of working in client and agency roles.
It is this hands-on experience that means he can quickly identify client pain points and data challenges – and work collaboratively to find real solutions.
With experience of working for some of the South West's leading marketing and CRM agencies, Karen has a wealth of client services experience.
As Account Director, she wears a number of hats from project management, to research & analysis, to client delivery. With a degree in Business Decision Analysis (that's business and stats to the rest of us), she works closely with her clients to translate insights and help them to understand the 'so what'.
David started his Customer and Membership experience growing Affinity and Co-Branded card schemes for Corporates, Charities and Membership Organisations. He’s grown customer portfolios at Zurich, Lloyds, Goldfish and the AA. His experience of data and analytics was much enhanced during his 5 years with Experian. David has also helped successfully launch, grow and sell two start-ups. With extensive Customer acquisition and retention experience, he’s well placed to understand and interpret our clients’ objectives and challenges.

Seth heads up our Insights & Analytics team and is dedicated to helping clients make sense of their data. Whether it’s building models to predict customer behaviour, creating a segmentation for targeted marketing, or wrangling multiple data sources into a valuable analytical dataset, his methodical and collaborative approach ensures we are turning raw data into truly actionable insights.
With an MSc in Statistics and over a decade spent researching patterns of progression within the Education sector, Seth is a highly experienced data professional and research scientist.
After cutting his teeth as an analyst with a large utilities organisation, Alex joined trueology during a period of significant growth as our Data & Insight Analyst.
With an emphasis on data integrity, Alex works across all our clients, ensuring analysis is performed efficiently and compliantly.
He is focused on bringing data to life and aiding marketing decision making.
An extension of the trueology team, Paul works with clients to devise and deliver CRM strategies across the entire customer journey. He has advised many of the UK’s top brands in his roles at a number of independent and agency groups.
Paul is passionate about the role of customer data in CRM, which is not surprising given his first degree was in computer engineering.
